"content": "Mr. Chairman, Sir, I stand to support the Assistant Minister's amendment. As you may have noticed, Clause 5 deals with the establishment of the Board and the membership thereof. What the Assistant Minister has done is to add \"the Planning Secretary in the Ministry for the time being responsible for matters relating to planning\". Again, he has proposed that a new paragraph be inserted immediately after paragraph (i), that is, \"the Director of Local Authorities\". Mr. Chairman, Sir, that means that the Assistant Minister is adding those people to be members of the Board, which is created by this Bill. I know that there has been an agreement. We have agreed that we will support this amendment."
