    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, indeed, we did advertise through a contract for consultancy to do all the municipality roads within Kakamega and that it is for a total of 44 kilometers within the municipality. The contract was awarded to Zam Consulting Engineers at a total sum of Kshs25,323,262. The said contract was awarded early this year and we expect that by the end of this year, we will be able to have a comprehensive report upon which we can be able to start looking for funds."
