    "content": "I would have expected that he would restrict himself to electronic media because that one imposes advertisement on our children whether we like it or not. But we are going to stop people from reading magazines. Those importing magazines will be stopped and have to be checked if there is any advertisement on cigarettes. If you say any communications at all, then we are suggesting that we are banning smoking. I want us to be very clear. Do we want to ban smoking or do we want to discourage smokers interfering with non-smokers? We must know the gist of the Bill. That is why I support the amendment."
