Since 2002, when that line was built, the Ministry knew that there were markets, polytechnics and schools which should have benefited. How did the Ministry use the levy meant for Suba District, where Mbita Constituency is situated, for all those years since 2003 to date? We would have expected that, at least, in one year, they would have stepped down electricity somewhere and in another year, somewhere else. What has the Ministry used our share of the money for?"
