    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I rise to demand for a Ministerial Statement from the Minister of State for Provincial Administration and Internal Security regarding the upsurge in insecurity around Isiolo, Samburu and Marsabit triangle where in the last two months, there have been seven attacks on Isiolo pastoralists. This has caused ten deaths and thousands of livestock stolen. This culminated into the death of four people last night. Three others have been critically injured in the same area. I want the Minister, in the Statement, to give details of all those incidents. In addition, he should state why these incidents have continued unabated despite the presence of numerous security personnel in the area and why the District Security Committee of Samburu where most of the recent incidents took place is unable to arrest the situation. How has the Government assisted the affected people whose livelihoods have been threatened as a result of the continued insecurity in the area?"
