    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the first answer I got last week indicated that 404,000 people had been registered. Since the Question was deferred, the answer has changed to 1,673,475. Even though 1.6 million Kenyans have been given identity cards, there are some people who applied for identity cards in the beginning of this year, especially from my constituency. However, they have not received them to date. Could the Minister tell us what action he is taking to make sure that those people get their identity cards?"
