    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I appreciate the efforts being made by Members of this House to establish dispensaries in the rural areas. I will endeavour to equip and post personnel to each of the completed facility in the country. We have employed nurses and posted them to some of those dispensaries. We are also in the process of employing more nurses and other medical personnel. At the same time, the facilities constructed must satisfy our level of completion before we post personnel to man them. I have already gazetted 300 medical facilities put up using the 2984 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES August 7, 2007 CDF funding. Another 300 facilities are in the process of being gazetted. I believe in one or two weeks, they will all be gazetted. We will have a total of 600 health facilities by the end of next month."
