    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, on behalf of the Minister of State for Youth Affairs, I beg to reply. (a) The Ministry reserved Kshs210 million for the constituencies of which Kshs118 million has been disbursed to finance 2,902 enterprises of youth groups. The amount set aside for disbursement through the financial intermediaries was Kshs690 million. Of which Ksh305 million, has been released to finance 8,035 youth businesses. (b) Disbursement status for Gucha through constituency fund is as follows: Constituency Youth GroupsAmount(Kshs) South Mugirango 21 1 million Bomachage 201 million Bobasi 241 million Subtota l653 million A further Kshs170,100 has been disbursed to Gucha District through the Financial Intermediary by Family Bank."
