    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, could the Assistant Minister tell this House or the nation as a whole whether they have a flat rate figure that they charge schools for connecting electricity, specially when they are within the 600 metres of a transformer? Do they have a flat rate or they keep varying that figure? I am asking that because I have a situation where we are getting different quotations for different schools when they are within 600 metres radius from the transformer!"
