    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, I beg to reply. The Ministry, through the Department of Veterinary Services, is currently implementing a Pan African Tsetse and Trypanosomiasis Eradication Campaign (PATTEC) project in the whole country. Phase 1 of the project covers six years with a co-funding of Kshs700 million in form of loans and grants from the African Development Bank (ADB). The eradication exercise started in 2005 in Lambwe Valley, which also covers Gwassi Constituency."
