    "content": "First of all, Mr. Speaker, Sir, I want to thank the Assistant Minister for the report that he has given. It is true and I am grateful that the Government took immediate action and, August 7, 2007 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES 2991 indeed, the measures taken are in place. However, he said that there was a shoot-out between the police and the gangsters and two people are said to be dead. I want to believe that some cartridges were collected. Did the police establish the possibility that these people could have died of gunshots or did they simply die of the injuries inflicted by the thugs?"
