(a) Is the Minister aware that trailers ferrying goods to Uganda are being parked on the Busia-Kisumu and Bungoma-Malaba roads, thus blocking other motorists and pedestrians from using the roads for the last three months? (b) What urgent step is the Minister taking to construct a trailer park to pave way for easy flow of traffic in the towns of Busia and Malaba?"
