    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, we anticipated the expansion even before the declaration of the free secondary school education. During the last one year, we have been talking a great deal about how we are encouraging the expansion of the existing streams. That has already been taking place in most parts of the country. There are many day secondary schools which have also come up. I am surprised that no new schools have been built in Nyakach, while the hon. Member is a great believer in education. That has been recommended, but it is with the support of the various persons who have an interest in education that we can realise it. These recommendations were made more than two years ago. This is a follow-up. It just happens that there is a coincidence."
