    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 10 be amended by deleting Subclause (1) and substituting therefor the following new subclause— (1) The Director of Information shall, after twenty-one days but not later than thirty days from the date of commencement of this Act, convene through a public notice the first meeting of the Council at which members of the Council shall elect from amongst themselves, a chairperson and vice-chairperson, who shall at all times be of opposite gender."
