    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 11 be amended— (a) in Subclause (1)— (i) by deleting the words \"permission of the Chairperson\" appearing immediately after the word \"without\" in paragraph (a) and substituting therefor the words \"good cause\"; (ii) by deleting paragraph (d) and substituting therefor the following new paragraph— (d) is convicted of a felony,fraud, No. 3 of 2003forgery uttering a forged document, or for any offence under the Anti- Corruption and Economic Crimes Act, 2003; (iii) by deleting paragraphs (e) and (g); (iv) by renumbering paragraphs (f) and (h) as paragraphs (e) and (f), respectively; (b) in subclause (2), by deleting the entire subclause and substituting therefor the following:- \"Every vacancy in the Council shall be notified at once to the appointing authority and the appointing authority shall as soon as is reasonably practical appoint and deliver to the Council the name of the person appointed to fill the vacancy for the unexpired term of office of the departed member."
