    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 32 be amended— (a) in Subclause (1), by deleting the word \"Committee\" wherever it appears and substituting therefor the word \"Commission\"; (b) in Subclause (2)— (i) by deleting the word \"Committee\" appearing immediately after the word \"Complaints\" in the first line and substituting therefor the word \"Commission\"; (ii) by deleting the word \"may\" appearing immediately before the word \"publish\" in the fourth line and substituting therefor the word \"shall\"; (c) in Subclause (3), by deleting the word \"Committee\" appearing immediately after the word \"Complaints\" in the first line and substituting therefor the word \"Commission\"; (d) in Subclause (4)— (i) by deleting the word \"Committee\" appearing immediately after the word \"Complaints\" in the second line and substituting therefor the word \"Commission\"; (ii) by deleting the word \"private\" appearing in the third line and substituting therefor the word \"public\"."
