    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I would like to oppose the proposed amendment. I think that in the Fourth Estate, one of the most important things that they hold dear is their ability to protect their sources. Often, journalists are whistle blowers. If we then introduce a law that forces the identity of whistle blowers to be identified, I think this will not be correct. In fact, it will be clearly unconstitutional and against the provisions of the Witness Protection Act that we passed in the recent past. So, I beg to oppose this amendment."
