    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I want to support the proposed 2970 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES August 2, 2007 amendment on the basis that if the Press would want to name a person, then they should go ahead and name him instead of naming him by reference and going round him until everybody in the country knows him, but they do not want to pay for the damage when the guy takes them to court. This has happened to us here. Some of us have gone to court and they say that they did not name us, but everybody knows that it was so-and-so referred to. So, I think the Press should come out clean and name the person or they simply do not write the story if they do not have information."
