    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir. I beg to oppose this amendment. The Bill we are talking about is not just about the Council. The Council is a provision among very many other provisions in this Bill and, therefore, when you just narrow it down to the \"Media Council of Kenya\", it misses the point. So, I think it should remain as the \"Media Bill\", so that it could encompass everything as it was intended. Thank you, Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir."
