    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to oppose the amendment like Eng. Karue because, really, this Bill carries many other things like the Media Advisory Board--- I am sure it talks about so many other things outside the Council. The Council is just a small part as an enforcement agent. Otherwise, the Bill carries so many other things. So, I thought the \"Media Bill\" was all encompassing and we should have retained it that way. I do not know why the Minister thought this amendment would be appropriate."
