Indeed, it is an important Question and probably you may wish to look at what the agreement between the Government and the banks is. The Government could have agreed with the banks that there would be no interest accruing but that is the point that hon. Members are raising; the element of interest. Is the money earning interest? If so, is it being passed on to the account of the Fund? That is what the hon. Members want to know."
