One of the factors which lead to poor performance in schools is poor management by headteachers. What is the policy that the Government has with regard to headteachers whose schools perform poorly despite having enough teachers? Some schools record poor performance year in, year out despite the fact that they have enough teachers, but their headteachers remain in those schools. What is the policy that the Ministry has with regard to such headteachers?"
