    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, what we have said - and may I repeat for the sake of my brother-in-law - is that every dispensary that has personnel should forward its name to the Ministry. The Ministry will send supplies and equipment there. But if the other facilities that he is talking about are completed, and we have a report from the public health officer that they are completed to standards, we are willing to send personnel there, so that they can be operationalised.
