    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I beg to ask the Minister for Agriculture the following Question by Private Notice. (a) Could the Minister confirm that a consignment of tea weighing 30 tonnes worth over Kshs10 million was collected from Kiamokama Tea Factory by Kotecha Transporters on 28th June, 2007, for delivery to Mombasa, but the tea never reached its destination? (b) Could the Minister further confirm that the vehicle that collected the tea was later found abandoned and empty in Nakuru? (c) What measures is the Minister taking to recover the tea, safeguard the interest of the affected farmers and bring the culprits of the loss to book?"
