    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, as the hon. Member knows, we instituted a task force to look into the problems and it has just completed its report. We have looked at the report and it is awaiting release. Some of the recommendations of that report are addressing the issues that the hon. Member has raised. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, like I have pointed out, we are equally concerned that if you look at the litany of cases that have been reported, nobody has been apprehended to date. I am also requesting the police to do their job. It is not possible that we have about ten cases and the loaders or the drivers have never been apprehended. However, I want to allay fears by assuring the House that we have requested the KTDA to ensure that there is security for onward consignments."
