Last year, we were with the Vice-President at the same school and we tried our level best to raise some money. We also put in some CDF funds. The Ministry gave us only Kshs200,000. What is so difficult to this Government that out of all the billions it is budgeting for, it cannot give Kshs3 million to Teso District to put up two dormitories?"
