I want to assure this House that not a single document was removed when I left the Ministry. This deal was negotiated very transparently. Indeed, there is a lot that is not being told to the House about this particular deal. The Assistant Minister knows more than he is willing to disclose to the House that; the tendering was not done in a transparent manner, the contract was not awarded to the lowest bidder and that less commission is being earned when the prices of crude oil have gone up.
