"content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I had occasion to discuss with the Assistant Minister, who is responding. This Question is very specific: \"Which companies have been awarded lifting contracts of fuel in the last three years, 2004, 2005 and 2006.\" The first part of the Question is also talking about the present situation. However, the impression the Assistant Minister is creating, and that arose from our discussion, is an attempt at politicising the answer to this Question. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, is it in order for him to drag the names of former Ministers in respect of a period that is not covered? We are talking about the last three years!"
