    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, this is another Question on KTDA. Where there is smoke, there must be fire! The person being roasted in the fire is the poor tea farmer. Employees of KTDA are already being paid from the management fees, being charged on farmers. If they are already being paid salaries from farmers' money, why are they asking the farmers to pay a further amount of 6.5 per cent?"
