The KTDA found it cheaper to source those services internally, so that they could save the huge costs from external sources. Yes, 6.5 per cent appears fairly high. But when you compare it to 10 per cent or 13 per cent, it is fairly and reasonably priced. However, most of the money is used for day-to-day management within KTDA."
