    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the hon. Member must appreciate that we normally do various types of repair works on our roads. Patching is a temporary measure. Before a bitumen road is rehabilitated or resealed we have to do patchwork but this is not permanent. We have to keep on repairing the road where there are potholes before we have enough money to do resealing works or total reconstruction. As for gravel roads, we have no other choice, but to do patchwork where and when the gravel wears out."
