    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 13 of the Bill be amended- (a) by inserting the words \"for professional supplies certification\" immediately after the word \"examination\" appearing in the second line; (b) by deleting paragraph (a) and substituting therefor the following new paragraph- (a) prescribe and regulate syllabuses of instruction for professional supplies certification for persons seeking registration under the Act; (c) in paragraph (f), by deleting the words \"certificates, diplomas and degrees\" and substituting therefor the words \"professional qualifying certificates\"."
