    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 15 of the Bill be amended- (a) in Subclause (2), by deleting the word \"and\" appearing at the end of paragraph (d); (b) by inserting the following new paragraph immediately after paragraph (f)- (g) the Registrar, appointed by the Minister on the recommendation of the Council; (c) in Subclause (3), by deleting the expression \"Section 24\" appearing in paragraph (f) and substituting therefor the expression \"Section 23\"."
