    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, we have concrete policies in the Ministry. We have several Acts that we are implementing, which were passed by this House. On the issue of funding, we have come up with a policy that ensures that all land tribunal or land control board members hold one meeting, at least, twice or thrice a year. Most of the members are retirees and they are fond of going for meetings to get money even when there is no work. So, we have come up with a policy of restricting the number of meetings."
