When I was there, I had suggested and implemented a service charge and people who have cases would pay a small fee, which would be standardised in the whole country so that an applicant, who wants his case to be settled, pays a known figure as a way of solving this problem which has not been solved in the past 44 years. Are they going to reintroduce that policy?"
