    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, first of all, a lot of this revenue is generated from July 25, 2007 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES 9 goods from all over the country. Goods are on transit especially when you look at the border posts in Malaba and Busia. I think the most important thing is to vote some of the funds that are channelled through LATF and CDF and are part of what we have agreed in this House as equitable distribution across the country. The other bit that I mentioned is what is normally allocated to Ministries through normal budgetary provisions that are there for security, health and other general facilities that the Government caters for."
