Which municipal council has a mortuary in this country? Which county council has a mortuary in this country? At least, there is none in Gusiiland! There is no county council in Gusiiland which has a mortuary. Could he consider providing a mortuary to every constituency in this country, because death rates have gone very high in the recent years? This is to the extent that our life expectancy has been reduced from 65 years to 42 years today!"
