    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, while I appreciate that the Ministry is doing a lot to put electricity in the rural areas, there is something that I wish to ask the Assistant Minister. Why is it that a number of contractors have been contracted to supply electricity to the rural areas and that one contractor has several contracts and they just seem to be dropping poles and then leaving the contract lying? This is happening in my constituency in a number of areas where they have agreed to give us electricity but it is taking a year before the actual connections are done. Could the Assistant Minister highlight to us when these things will be completed, so that the contracts are given to people who will actually administer the contract as stated? Otherwise, I congratulate them for the work they are doing."
