    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the Assistant Minister has said that his office has been consulting with the office of the Attorney-General and the Law Reform Commission. If that is true, could he confirm or deny that his office was, therefore, completely left out by the Attorney- General when he published the current Statute Law (Miscellaneous Amendments) Bill, which seeks to amend some sections of the Penal Code to, first of all, enhance the penalties and also to increase the scope covered by such language? This amendment, unfortunately, as I have seen in the report by the Departmental Committee concerned, has also been proposed to be deleted."
