    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. I am very grateful to the hon. Members who supported this Motion. Those who have opposed it, including the Assistant Minister, do not live in Kenya. About 70 per cent of our youth are unemployed. They are energetic people who have qualified from various institutions of learning. They are willing and ready to work, and yet they are idle. It is a Government policy to provide 500,000 jobs. We are only asking for 250,000 jobs, and yet the Government is opposing its own policy."
