INTRODUCTION OF EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES BILL THAT, in view of the worrying trend of entrenchment of nepotism, favouratism and lack of a fair, transparent and balanced recruitment to all cadres of public service and bearing in mind t hat legal remedies for ensuring this balance are limited; this House grants leave for the introduction of a Bill entitled the \"Equal Opportunities Bill, 2007\", to provide for fair, transparent and balanced recruitments, devoid of nepotism, favouritism or unfair ethnic considerations, to public sector and for matters incidental thereto and connected therewith."
