    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Chair, I beg to move:- THAT, the First Schedule be amended by inserting the following new paragraphs immediately after the last paragraph- Mohammedan Marriage and Divorce Registration Act (Cap.155) Hindu Marriage and Divorce Act (Cap.157) The rationale being that, by allowing aggrieved persons to apply for review of decisions to the Cabinet Secretary promotes efficient administration through an expeditious review of administrative actions as envisaged under the Constitution."
