    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Chair, I beg to move:- THAT, the Second Schedule be amended in paragraph 5 by deleting the words “the vice-chairperson, shall preside and in the absence of both the chairperson and the vice-chairperson” The rationale is that there is no provision for the post of the vice-chairperson in the main body of the Bill. That is the reason for the proposed amendment."
