    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I was prompted to ask this Question because of the problem we are facing in the Arid and Semi-Arid Lands (ASALs). The rate of the girl child dropping out of school is very high. Girls drop out of school because of this problem. Yesterday in the media, the Minister for Health said that there would be free maternal care. Women will not be paying any maternity fees. The Ministry is providing Kshs50 million to women who are delivering."
