If you look at Item No.3110200 - Construction of Building, a sum of Kshs1.3 billion was set aside last year. This year, another Kshs1,096,000,000 has been set aside for that purpose. If you put that on a continuous scale, it is a very substantial amount of money. My original intention was to ask the Minister for some explanation, which you have actually sought from him. It is a lot of money."
