(a) Following the ruling by yourself, Mr. Speaker, my Ministry contacted the Judiciary for an answer and the response I got is that the Judiciary is not obliged to answer. The Judiciary, being an independent arm of the Government and, indeed, one of the three pillars of the Government, is not like a department in a Ministry. I have no means of compelling it to answer."
