The matter is about the cancellation of the swearing-in ceremony of the judges by State House. It is not the judges who cancelled the swearing-in ceremony. Mr. Speaker, Sir, we want the Minister, as the representative of the Executive, to tell us why the swearing-in ceremony was cancelled. It is not the judges or the court which should tell us why the ceremony was cancelled. The Minister, who was supposed to swear them in, should tell us why the ceremony was cancelled."
