    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 5 be amended in the marginal note by deleting the words “genital female mutilation” and substituting therefor the words “female genital mutilation”. If you look at the marginal notes of the Bill, it says “genital female mutilation”. So, we are saying instead of that we put “female genital mutilation”."
