    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, if you look at part (a) of the Question, it seeks to know what led to the cancellation of the swearing-in ceremony at State House. This has nothing to do with the Judiciary. This is a legitimate Question for the Office of the President. I believe that the Minister should seek an appropriate answer from the Office of the President and give it to this House. Perhaps, part (b) of the Question, which talks about whether the names have been entered into the register--- I believe the Minister is obliged to answer part (a) of the Question and the answer should be available from the Office of the President."
