    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, last week this Question came to this House and it was deferred because I had tabled letters even from the Ministers office and he said that these employees of Kisumu Municipal Council did not heckle him. The reason why this Question came to the House today, was that his Assistant Minister who answered the Question was ordered to come back to the House and tell us whether or not the Ministry will reinstate these employees. As a matter of fact, I was with the Minister during this tour and he was not heckled and he has said it. Could the Minister order the reinstatement of these people according the letter which he wrote which I have tabled in the House?"
